Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return by emailing Mary's Creations at maryscreations26@gmail.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase, along with clear photos of the item and the packaging label.

To start a return, contact us at maryscreations26@gmail.com. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Customers are responsible for obtaining and paying for their own return shipping label. Please note that approved returns will need to be sent to P.O. Box 65 Richmond, Indiana 47375. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

 We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All other returns are accepted within 30 days per our return policy above.

Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the defective item and once accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5 business days. If 10 business days have passed since approval, contact us at maryscreations26@gmail.com.
